The size and cleanliness of our room was wonderful. We enjoyed the coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies very much! We had a nice view of the garden from our large window. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we had a wonderful dinner one night at the pizza restaurant a staff member recommended. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, even though the offerings were the same every morning. Although we needed taxis and buses to get to central Oxford, we still appreciated the clean and quiet neighborhood the hotel is in.

Facilities were outstanding. The executive room was offered with complimentary nespresso coffee and biscuits, tea, a wide range of toiletries and supplementary to be requested if needed. The bathroom was extremely clean, with a wide shower. Room service was reasonably quick. Food (chicken breast) was cooked very well.
