the spa was opened for us after usual hours - used it until 22:00 breakfast was brought to the room on time and was very good. The staff were very helpful. very good value for money.

The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. They went out of their way to help us with concerns and even squeezed us in for dinner after our arrival was set back by heavy rains in the mountain pass. The decor is cozy; the entire ambiance was befitting a stay in the Alps and, although we stayed in the early autumn, I would think that this would be such a warm, happy place to come after a day on the slopes. My favorite thing was the outdoor seating areas and garden; it's peaceful and beautiful. We're so glad we stayed here!
