Our homebase hotel during our 4 weeks holiday in Vietnam. It has a clean, spacious, nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed ( thank you for the room upgrade,discount, free beer on the house and preparing our take out breakfast during our early trip to Sapa).It also has all the amenities a traveller needs. The breakfast buffet was very good to our satisfaction. It has everyday different varieties of Western and Asian food to choose from.Eating at their restaurant was delicious too, to our heart's contentment. The staff are nice, kind, friendly, helpful , respectful and always greeted with a welcoming smile, fresh tropical fruits and cold refreshing drinks , Tony, Kim ( sorry to some of the staff I forgot your names) and most of all to Alex for extending his services/help in arranging our bus ticket to Sapa and taxi in bringing us to the airport, thank you and to all of you, too.It is much appreciated.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Old Quarter, so wherever you want to go it feels close, at most 1.5 km (Hoa Lo Prison), the service is also good, thank you to the friendly staff ( Jimmy, Sulli,…). Jimmy was very kind and booked a food tour for us, the tour guide was great. In total we stayed for 5 nights. The staff is friendly even though the breakfast is standard, for the service we give 5 stars, the location is 5 stars, the AC is cold, the rooms are spacious, even though you have to climb stairs to get to the lift, but all of that is paid off with the plus points, when visiting Hanoi again, we will stay at this hotel again.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel in the heart of Old quarter. Amazing staff, especially big thanks to Mr Don and Ms Snow, which were very friendly and kind, always happy to assist, as well as Ms Hana who assisted us with finding our belongings which we forgot in the hotel. and organized their delivery to our next hotel. Great breakfast, with diverse fresh and tast food, lovely pool, and very comfortable rooms. A little bit noisy from outside in the morning (motorbikes; which is quite normal as it is Hanoi), but on the other hand very good isolation from other rooms (you cannot hear any noise from other rooms). Much recommended.
