Found by bubbling geothermal springs in Hveragerdi, this hotel offers an outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs and sauna. All rooms include bathrobes, slippers and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is free. Great scenery. Very helpful staff. BEAUTIFUL place!!!

Hotel ION Adventure se nahaja na hribu Hengill, 18 km od narodnega parka Thingvellir, ki je pod zaščito Unesca. The ION is a special spot, with a gorgeous view from the Northern Lights bar, where you can sit and unwind after a day of adventure. The restaurant on site is exceptional, serving an amazing breakfast buffet, lunch, and a superb dinner. The selections are excellent, and the food was artistically plated. The room felt spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we had a fabulous sleep. All in all, we would highly recommend the IOn, from its helpful and friendly staff to its gorgeous location.
