Located in Troia, this 5-star hotel has a unique design and faces the Sado River Estuary. It features a casino, a spa and 2 outdoor swimming pools. We liked everything about the place. It was off season so there was plenty of space and quietness.

Set in Zambujeira do Mar, 900 metres from Sudoeste TMN, Monte Soalheiro boasts an outdoor pool and views of the canal. Wonderful place, the pool area is relaxing and peaceful. The room is big and the bed very comfortable and everthing is super clean. The fact that there is a free self-service assortiment of cakes/cookies at any time of the day is a nice touch! A bit off-centered but great location to explore the surroundings (e.g. with a mountainbike)

Located in Vila Nova’s historic centre, the 17th-century Casa Do Adro offers bright rooms with free Wi-Fi, 100 metres from the Mira riverbank. The Atlantic Malhão Beach is 10 km away. It was like arriving home to a loving family member who missed you. Greeting us with homemade chocolate cake, tea, water, wine, fridge full of fresh fruit. Breakfast was healthy and excellent and enough to make a picnic lunch for the next leg of our hike. Very thoughtful and greatly appreciated

Três Marias is located in the serene countryside of the Northern Alentejo, just 4 km from Aivados Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Mules , 3 ostriches and 3 donkeys are permanent residents at the hotel. Dinner was excellent..Delicious, home style Alentejo cooking with good ingredients and fine local wine

Casas Do Moinho is ideally situated in a natural park, close to several beaches. It offers 5-star accommodation with free WiFi and includes an outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views. It was comfortable and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The dinner was a highlight and the the chef and waiter were exceptional. One of the best meals of our whole 8 week trip!

Herdade Do Touril sijaitsee Vicentinen rannikolla Kaakkois-Alentejon luonnonpuistossa. The location is excellent, near the shore (walk distance), the facilities are phenomenal, the breakfast was varied and the staff is kind and always there for any question. The restaurant serves amazing food and the prices are adequated to the food quality. Definitely, a place to revisit.

Chose to stay here for a couple of days between visiting The Algarve and Lisbon. Simply an amazing stop. Peaceful, beautiful views, gorgeous room, lovely pool, lush grounds, attentive staff, and the best food we have had in Portugal. The perfect “just be still” spot in Portugal for couples who appreciate quality time together.

Editory By The Sea Hotel is located among white sandy beaches bathed by the Atlantic Ocean on the Tróia Peninsula. Good location, but still calm, close to the beach but not that close to bother . The staff friendly and helpful , the hotel amazing.
