I'm not sure as to why Brits expect tea / coffee facilities in rooms in France, in city style Hotels yes, but not in the country .I have had my Harrods travel kettle for 40 years, it's always in the suitcase with tea bags and long life milk, cups, spoon, and adapter, sorted!Clements

The room had 3 large separate beds as we are 3 widows and a little balcony with table and chairs. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent stop off on the way to Spain.
