Loved the location. Perfectly situated between Dijon and Beaune. The town of Nuits St. George was a wonderful surprise. The grounds of the hotel was beautiful. It was nice to have the restaurant on site.

A wonderful experience overall. Make sure to book a reservation in the restaurant Rotisseri. We had a memorable meal there, we highly recommend the degustation menu of ten courses and also the wine pairing of nine different wines. The service was impeccably great and professional, both at the hotel and in the restaurant. The hotel also has a wine shop with many local wines. The room is large and comfortable. Gevrey-Chambertin vineyards are just a few minutes walk or bike ride away.
