the kindness of the young girl at the reception who tried to make our stay pleasant. The courtesy of the waitress at the restaurant who changed the dish because it was not the fish that had been advertised on the menu (overcooked tuna served instead of the swordfish on the menu)

Full marks for cleanness ,beds are very comfy,kitchen fully equipped .This appratment is ideal for families especially with kids as lot of activities for kids around apartment.

We have stayed in Saverne several times as it is a convenient place to break the drive down to Southern France. It never disappoints, we have always been at Christmas time and the high street has wonderful decorations and Christmas lights. Very pretty, especially the rose garden.
Very pretty, especially the rose garden. The museum is ok - cool which was a bonus as we were there in the heatwave. Restaurants seem to keep opening hours secret so eating out was patchy. Would recommend the Lebanese which wasn't far from the apartment. The Stebuel close to us wasn't accessible being down stairs to the restaurant then treacherous stairs to the toilets. It's great watching boats go through the lock that takes the canal under the road beside the main square.

The apartment came with a nice living room, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, good bathroom with large rainshower. The kitchen came with fridge and freezer, induction plate and all necessary utensils, also a coffee machine with capsules. The whole apartment was very clean and comfortable.

I was happy to find this location, because it was really clean, all new and fresh (renovated 2 years ago it seems), very spacious, fully equipped, close to multiple supermarkets and the Saverne 'centre' and rather cheap! Communication was quick and the instructions where clear.
