Ease of access to transport, grocery store, parking spot. Ease of getting in, feeling safe, secure and cozy. We arrived after 8pm, Marion was waiting for us with the keys and instructions . It was a raining day. We unpacked and walked to grab items for breakfast for our stay. Marion was a great help to us when we had a challenge with the electric car!

Nice quite, safe area close to the uni of Bordeaux. Thanks to very good connections by public transport, the inner city of Bordeaux can be easily reached. There is a very beautiful park, and some simple, affordable restaurants close by. If you want something more special for dinner, just hop on the tram for a few minutes.

For that reason, they were all polite and always helpful! The hotel rooms have been refurbished and were clean very comfortable and spacious. There are few hotels in this part of Bordeaux - so I suggest you try it and help the next generation of hoteliers! Excellent value for money as a result.

With a bicycle it was very easy to get to everything we wanted to see in Bordeaux. There was a lavery near by to do our washing and the Carrefour is very close.
