The hosts were fantastic, the location idyllic very quiet. The meal what Annie the host presented was excellent, me and my wife,a German couple with their 2 boys(aged 13 & 16) and the hosts all Sat round the farmhouse table together to eat the meal. The meal lasted about 3 hours and the conversation never stopped, a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The other bonus was a swimming pool.

We loved this little Chateau. The location was great, very close to Amboise. It's a very peaceful and tranquil place with some history and a lot of ambiance and character. Dominique, the hostess is very helpfull and can give you and advise on what to see. The rooms are sparkling clean and Dominique can provide a delicious dinner that she cooks by herself for 30 euro including some local wines. The breakfast is very good too. You simply caqn't go wrong with this place. If you are there and like cultutre and history, make sure that you visit Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud and Loches. Both places are a gem. If we ever go back to the Loire Valley we would definitely stay here again. Thnks a lot, Dominique!

I immediately felt in love with Logis de la Paqueraie! Wonderful host Monique who was extremly helpful and speaking very good English. The property is amazing, beautifully located. The nature, the high trees, the sunflowers fields arround makes this place just so magical. Fantastic swimming pool. Very nice and tasty breakfast was served in the garden, which was such a nice and relaxed start of the day. I definitely recommend Logis de la Paqueraie! Myself, im planning to go back to this magical place.

We chose Une Maison en Touraine because we wanted air conditioning (there are very few accommodations in France that have A/C), as we are fairly heat-intolerant being from Seattle. Our expectations were more than met! We loved the bucolic feel of this bed and breakfast, the careful attention to the charming decor (garden-themed in our room), and the cozy outdoor spaces for lounging. In addition, we were so happy to have access to a small but complete kitchen including dishwasher, so we could cook dinner after a long day of sightseeing. Finally, our host Anne was extremely kind and attentive. She not only provided us with a daily continental/hot breakfast (basket full of breads, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee/tea; one breakfast had eggs and another had crepes), but she also was so kind in providing us first-aid for my daughter's burn. Highly recommend!
