Maria Guest House is a small house with just 3 rooms. We were in the smallest room probably because we had booked through Booking.com and not directly. The owner has at least 3 properties nearby and he gives this to couple/family which is a wise decision as this house in in a small lane within a a residential area. It's pretty calm and quiet. It has a fridge and little kitchen area though there was no equipment, may be if you stay longer you can rent or ask for them.
Go there if you want to sleep peacefully in the night during high season in Goa. It's little far from the Baga Calangute road as well as the beach so you won't hear any noise.

I loved everything about this stay! The property is so beautifully decorated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like I had someone to check in with at all times, and they were very responsive. There is a chef onsite who makes all the meals, and he was also so friendly. The food was delicious, eating breakfast in the garden was really lovely. This place feels a little secluded, so it's very peaceful. I will definitely stay here again if I cam back in this area.
