The staff is sincere, they are sincerely happy to welcome you, the hotel is small and that's what makes it charming, the free bike is a plus because you can go eat in very good restaurants not far away. nature surrounds this place and it’s very relaxing. The rooms are clean and warm, simple and carefully decorated. The breakfasts are generous and delicious. It's much better than the city which is very touristy and noisy, it's very practical.

This is fantastic little place it’s in the perfect location within walking distance of everything and very quiet and peaceful. We had a very large room that opened out to the pool ( which was cool and refreshing) our beds were comfy and we had everything we needed.The free bicycles were a bonus and we went on several rides around the rural areas with rice paddies and farms and the friendliest people..I will definitely stay here again when back in Hoi An.

Very friendly staff. I loved that the hotel had free bikes for residents, I used one during all my stay in Hoi An to explore the whole city, I even took it to An bang beach which is about 4 km away from the hotel.
The room is spacious and the AC is very good. There's a small swimming pool but I never used it to be honest. Location is OK.
