“The Warden was very courteous and professional. I had never been to Belgium, I sure would like to go back and would book Apartment Tour and Taxis 1 all over again. It neighbors a Grocery store, so you will not run out on food stuffs. Either a quick meal on the go or home made. We were running late for my flight, and the Warden offered to drive us to the Airport at no extra cost. And since my colleague and I didn't know French, he ensured that we go past customs with so much ease.”

It was ideally located in the centre of the city close to the train station, many of the must see attractions, a great shopping district, excellent restaurants and it was right in the heart of the nightlife. Due to the location it can get loud at night time and may not suit a family looking for a quiet getaway but for people in their young 20's it was perfect. Benoit was also a gentleman who helped with any questions we had and he washed our clothes for free. He even had a beer with us on the last day. I'd highly recommend this apartment and I will no doubt return in the future!”

“Uhm... everything! The place is great and everything that you might need for your stay you'll find in the apartment. The location is close to 2 metro stations on one of the main lines so you can get pretty much anywhere from there. You can also walk into the center of the town ( 25-30 min tops ). There are a lot of shops nearby where you can buy drinks and food ( Carrefour ). The apartment has 2 sofas in the living room that turn into very comfortable beds and in the bedroom you have one double bed. The most valuable things that you get for your money is the owner, Ward. He puts a lot of effort into this and he is so helpful. As soon as we've arrived he told us about all the places that we should visit, all the places that we shouldn't, gave us 2 maps with instructions to the best spots in the city and landmarks. He is a great guy and a big part of the rating this apartment has is because he loves what he does and he does it very good and that counts a lot. Book it!”

“We picked up the keys as stated in the listing, 600m walk from the apt. The wi-fi worked no problem, we didn't use the tv at all as we were out and about. It has a very limited amount of channels anyway. The apartment itself was clean, clean sheets and towels. We had toiletries - soap and shampoo. Plenty of storage places and wardrobes. The apartment also has a small closet/room (you can probably fit a bike or two) with an iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, dust pan and lots of cleaning products as it is expected from a serviced apartment. No view, but that can be a plus as it was quiet. Don't expect anyone to come to clean or change your towels and sheets if you stay less than a week (I suppose it is a week, didn't asked as I stayed 5 nights). The kitchen has a microwave, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, plates, bowls, cutlery, cups and glasses and oil, vinegar, washing up liquid and kitchen towels (paper and cloth). You will need to take the garbage and the recyclabes out yourself, -1 floor, a different lift. The washing machine is located at 1st floor, coin operated (didn't use it). We were happy that at the ground floor there is a supermarket, the well known Carrefour (Express) and we could stock the fridge on daily basis, open until 11PM. It has hot food as well - chicken rotisserie. Walking distance to many, many touristic sites, 2 min walk to Grand Place.”

“The hotel was great. It was close to almost every attraction,most of them at only 15 min walk. The metro was really close, there was a Carrefour Express nearby which was pretty useful. The room was very clean and nice, everything looked new and well cared for. The stuff was really nice. We had breakfast included and it was excellent, with choices of cold and warm food. The room was soundproof. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.”

“Complete apartment with everything you can ask for. Cosy and nice. Heating works great. Great for a family - I was alone :(. Great coffee machine. Wifi was good. The hostess was very nice and friendly and speaks a bit of Flemish - but mostly French. She was extremely kind to allow me to use her car-parking spot. You could see Atomium from the living room windows. Close to shopping area and public transportation (Trams run in front of the apartment).”

“The flat is rather spacious and comfortably furnished. It is located in the neighbourhood that is calm and quiet, about 15 mins from a metro lines (and Etterbeek district is lovely to walk in). What was really important to us was that there were no problems with late check-in - we came past midnight. I can't say much about weak sides of the place... maybe it's worth saying that there was not everyday cleaning but it was not really needed. Oh and a guest who was before us broke an internet router, so the owner gave us a cell phone with internet to make a temporary router (which sometimes worked not that fast fot three of us but I understand that such things just happen). The owner was really nice. :) All in all I recommend this place. (And the price...)”

“I obviously only saw my apartment (none of the others), but judging by this one (on 1st floor), the owner Cornelis did a fantastic job transforming this mansion into a perfect "home away from home" for any sort of travellers, but especially for people coming to the European quarter for business, and who appreciate short walking distances to all institutions and organizations, and who wish to preserve their independence. Everything was new, fresh, and clean, and everything was there: fully (I mean: FULLY!) equipped kitchen with freezer, fridge, dish washer, all tools and appliances you can think of, plus the "minibar" (actually a maxibar) generously filled, and at very modest prices. The same for the bathroom which also featured a light installation which can do anything (remote-controlled) from a post-psychedelic LED light show to one single soothing colour. And I haven't even yet mentioned the iron and ironing board and the washing machine and the tumble dryer. The bed was comfy, I slept well. There are power sockets all over the place, so no need to decide between light or power to recharge your phone. The Wifi worked fine once I figured out which - on the long list (but I've known Brussels buildings & telcom services for a while, it's tricky) - access ID and password were the right ones for my floor and side of the building. Finally, the owner Cornelis, and his lovely and friendly dog: If I regret one thing looking back at my short stay, it's that my programme of meetings and official dinners and stuff was so intense that I could not make time to sit down with them on the beautiful patio, and have a glass of wine, and just hear about and tell each other our lives.”
