The room was really clean. Clean and fresh bed linen and towels. There was plenty of shower gel and hand soap, I'm sure we didn't use half of it. The hotel is located very close to the train station and bus stop. From Charleroi Airport we got to the stop which is 3 minutes from the hotel, it's just perfect! The hotel is open 24 hours a day and all you need to open any doors is the key card for your room. The hotel has a shared kitchen on the ground floor and a lovely seating area where you can order coffee or even eat.

The location was only 8 minutes walk from Brussels Midi station (just a bit awkward around all the roadworks). The front door of Urban Yard isn’t obvious, but stepping inside is to arrive in an oasis. The decor is calm, the staff friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The staff are WONDERFUL! I lost /had stolen my passport. They rang everywhere I had been on the way to the hotel. The blond woman whose name I didnt get was SO lovely. Shan helped so much, upgraded us and helped with me getting to the police station. The hotel is beautiful. Old fashioned and cosy. I cant wait to return.

Brussels is well-known as the headquarters of many European institutions and is often called the capital of Europe. However, Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate are just a few of the city’s best-known delicacies that can rival its political reputation.
French and Dutch are city’s two official languages so all streets and landmarks have two different names: don’t be surprised when you look for Grand Place and end up on Grote Markt!
Don’t miss the famous bronze statue aptly named Manneken Pis or the futuristic Atomium, a truly unique architectural creation. Wandering through side streets to discover small bookshops, romantic cafés and ethnic restaurants reveals Brussel's charm.
Brussels is a real melting pot of Europe, filled with great museums and art from Memling, Bosch or Rubens, historic breweries and great concert halls. Shopping addicts can visit the world’s first shopping mall, the Saint Hubert Gallery, opened here in 1847.
If you’re arriving at Brussels Airport or South Charleroi Airport, all major attractions are just a short train or bus ride away. Whether you’re looking for a design hotel, a comfortable apartment or a friendly B&B, Booking.com has something perfect for your Brussels trip.

Brussels is a charming and beautiful city with kind people. This hotel is most likely the best one there as the location is the best from my observations. Apparently, it was once used as an old prison? Could be wrong but that is what our tour guide told us! Lovely staff, very discerning guests and understated aesthetics throughout the hotel. The man at concierge with the glasses was outstanding for his recommendations and assistance.

An interesting city, there's a lot to see here, and you probably won't be able to see everything worthwhile in just one weekend. There are many good restaurants, cafes, museums, and various other attractions. It's definitely worth visiting at least once. On the downside, in some places it really smells strongly of urine (which is surprising), and it seems that people here like to smoke marijuana, as there's a strong smell of it in certain areas.

My stay was 3 days.
My stay was 3 days. It is OK for a weeked breakoff but not enough to visit all attractions. My suggested stay would be one week of course in my situation knowing how and why to get to the spots that worth visiting. All of them worth. Thank you Brussel for my stay.

I think just two days is enough for exploring in Brussel city centre. the french fries and waffles are not great as much as you may have heard about their popularity. if you are an art fan you must visit magrrite museum. Do not miss it!
The location was amazing! Right in the center of everything and near the train station. The hotel is a block from the Grand Place and just a few blocks more from the famous "boy peeing" statue. Being so close to the train station made it so easy to explore Brussels and take day trips to other cities in Belgium.
The room was fantastic as well! The room had a look of an old building with modern amenities. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was so cozy and the room had air conditioning which isn't always a thing.
The hotel is extremely well-designed and offers great comfort to its guests. We enjoyed comfortable beds, specially clean room and bathrooms, perfectly fresh breakfast (offering warm savory dishes, such as scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, champignons, etc; freshly baked pastries).
The room was equipped upon our arrival with water and coffee machine. The staff were friendly.
The hotel is located in a walking distance from the train station Brussels Zuid and the city center.
The hotel was in the center of Brussels and this made our travel in Brussels very easy, with restaurants and shops very close to the hotel. Only 5 minutes away was the Brussels Central train station and very close to the hotel you could find a taxi. We had a triple room, with enough space and comfortable beds. The hotel also had luggage storage which helped us a lot to leave our luggage before we checked in. We would come back to Ibis Hotel if we come again to Brussels.
The hotel has excellent location between two metro stations - Louise and Munthof from which Gare du Midi is easily accessible hence the airport at Zaventem and other cities in Belgium and Europe. There are bus and tram connections to the center and other regions in Brussels. The breakfast was quite good and always in plenty. The personal was kind and allowed us to leave our luggage before departing to the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city center and very close to Brussels Central train station (5 min walk). Personnel was friendly and helpful, providing information about city sightseeing and covid testing (we needed to travel back in GR). Room was cozy, comfortable and had great view in the Agoraplein park which was lovely. Overall it was a great experience!
The location is great. the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place - the center of historic Brussels. There is a very close metro/tram station. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and pubs serving good Belgian beer. The room has a well equipped kitchenette. In addition there is a free coffee/tea machine for guests in the lobby.
Staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel was well kept, very clean, trendy, and felt safe. Location was less than a 5 minute walk to the central train station and was very close to many attractions in the city center. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels!
Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe. The location is amazing - next to the Brussels central station and a walking distance from Grand Place. If you take any day trips to Brugge / Ghent etc - most of the tours start from the hotel itself !
The hotel was in the perfect location! A block from the train station and very close to Grand Place. The staff was absolutely amazing and the room was very big and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Brussels.
The bed was super comfortable and the room very spacious. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The overall hotel facilities were also quite nice. Easy to get to from Brussels airport and not too far from the city centre.
Hotel is located near Central Station and the main road, right next to the shopping area and 10 minutes walk from the Grand Platz (main attraction in Brussels); Good restraints and shops nearby. the room was quite big, yes comfortable.
The hotel has a great location. Close to the city center, main attractions, pubs, and main stores. The staff has the best customer service and they speak a few languages. The breakfast was THE best.
The hotel is convenient and located close to Grand Place and Brussels North Station. The price is not low but considering city center and Brussels, acceptable for short one to two days trip.
The value of the hotel was great, it was cheaper compared to other hotels in central Brussels.
The mattress and pillows were superior quality compared to 5 star hotels I’ve been too.
The location of the hotel is great - 10 mins walk from Brussels Noord station and 10-15 mins walk from the city center!
The room was nice and big, as well as the bed and the bathroom.
Amazing boutique hotel very close to the main attractions in Brussels city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee station on the first floor was a very great touch.
