This is not a quick, slick, standard hotel experience, it was more gentile and 'old-fashioned' in the best possible sense of the word and I felt cherished as a guest and a person rather than an anonymous number in room xxx who's function was eat, sleep and pay up. When I am back in Brussels I will definitely be booking again.”
