If leaving to Pakse/Cambodia etc., book through Mama and the morning boat off Don Det will stop near the Guesthouse! (instead of having to walk to main pier).”

”Unique and quirky accommodation. The property has lots of hammocks for lounging around and a seating area outside. A fully functional kitchen with all the utensils you may need and basic ingredients too. Martin is the perfect host. Always willing to help (even though he was not in Laos during my stay!!) he kept in touch through social media which was really helpful. The property is away from the main town so very quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants within walking distance and some basic shops too. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend to others.”
