“There was a bit of confusion when checking in due to information from booking.com not showing on their reservations; I had a confirmation printout though. Staff was terrific, we were even upgraded to a suite...it was beautiful, facing the lake. Continental breakfast included (basically pastries and mixed fruit) or upgrade to a $5.99 eggs breakfast. Walking to the waterfront and several very good restaurants a plus.”

“We were traveling across Canada to relocate in another province, booking rooms at the last minute for the cheapest price. Found this one, stayed one night and we were impressed. We got outside Thunder Bay, had issues with one of our vehicles, we turned around to go back to Thunder Bay. We booked another 3 nights. When we arrived the gentleman behind the recommend a garage, unfortunately it was Saturday and they were closed. We arrived back at the hotel before check in time but we were given a room anyway. The next day the gentleman at the desk let us know he had made an appointment for us to get the truck looked. We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with this motel and we will stay there again.”
