Three stars with five hearts! Concrete can be so beautiful on the inside! Super Staff who try to help. My favorite was Kay-Sivan, he was extra helpful, friendly and kind. Max was great too, as well as a Lady who worked at the desk who's name I don't remember. You take the S6 ( train) from platform 41/42 at main station in Zurich, and it takes you to Affoltern, not hard at all to get there, then just a short walk up to the Hotel like 3 short blocks worth. Good price for a shower and toilet in your room. Affoltern is a bit lower than downtown Zurich and the air quality is better as well.

The area was peaceful and quiet. Hosts were very communicative and nice. The location is a bit away from the Zurich main station; however, it wasn't difficult to get to via public transportation. Booking stated there was no Wi-Fi but there is, which was a pleasant surprise.
