Situated within the Cabo Huertas district in Alicante, Excepcional Apartamento AMANECER CABO a pie de playa y mar, NUEVO A ESTRENAR has air conditioning, a balcony, and garden views. The location is amazing. You can hear the water while you're lying in bed. It gets morning sun so you can see the sunrise or have direct light coming through until around lunch time. There's also a terrace right outside the glass window entry so tons of room to spread out while sitting or doing some yoga. This area is shared with two other units of the same type. There is a second shared lower level terrace with more seating before a gate directly onto the beach. The flat is only a 30-minute car ride from the airport and 15 minutes from the city. You're at the end of the beach so one side is bustling with restaurants and bars while the other is more wild along the coast with residential properties nearby. It's very safe. The host was kind and very helpful. Replied very quickly to all my messages and check in was easy. We were also given local recommendations. Check out was similarly simple and our late check out was accommodated. The property is new and clean. All the facilities you could possibly need are there: toaster, mini kettle, espresso machine, hob, cooking equipment. The water pressure in the shower is 10/10 and the bed was very comfortable for me. I dislike soft floppy (worn) mattresses and slept amazing on the hotel quality linens. There is also a smart TV and wifi.

Located in Alicante, 200 metres from San Juan Beach, La Casa Alegre offers accommodation with free WiFi, a balcony or a patio and access to a garden and a year-round outdoor pool. A nice and cleaned house located in a quiet area and close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and good with ceiling fans. Good social spaces both at the front and the back of the house. The owners were very nice, helpful and easy to reach. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

For a family of 4, the biggest advantages of the apartment were direct contact with the swimming pool. you leave the apartment and in 30 seconds you can cool down in nice water. The pool is large and cleaned daily. Because the pool is sunny every day, it is warmer than others in the area. The apartment has all basic amenities. Air conditioning is a nice addition. The apartment is clean and quiet, close to restaurants and bars, and a children's playroom. We met very nice neighbors. Importantly for us, there was no problem with parking a large car. There is also a separate place for bicycles. The owner is very helpful and cordial.

Really exceptional location (literally on the great sandy beach) with a stunning view; nice stylish apartment; multiple terraces near the apartment are at your disposal for sunbathing/dinner/coffee/whatever; clean and not crowded beach; amazing host (exceptionally friendly and hospitable), beach chairs available for free.

In the Cabo Huertas district of Alicante, close to Cabo de Huertas, 5* Apt, Best Location, Playa San Juan, heated pool has a fitness centre and a washing machine. Everything was perfect! The sun rises directly on the terrace from the sea, you can hear the sound of the sea almost inside, the apartment is clean and functional, there is a heated pool and pool bar and stairs directly to miles of beautiful beach. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, lots of storage space, a functional kitchen, shops and restaurants within walking distance, a taxi ride to the center of Alicante in less than 15 minutes with lots of good restaurants.
