The overall experience of the hotel was the best we ever had in London; the service is exceptional, all thanks to the amazing staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, one of the rooms we got was recently renovated, but even the non-renovated room was very clean and well maintained. The views are fantastic and location is perfect. Breakfast was delightful, they serve the breakfast in two different restaurants, and the main restaurant (Vicinity) is really good for lunch or dinner with drinks. Overall we are very pleased, noting that this wasn't the first time we book here, nor will it be the last!

The location is 60 seconds from the Train station, the outdoor space, the bed was comfy and appreciated the options of softer pillows. There was some essentials left (tea, coffee, toilet roll, shower gel and shampoo). The lounge and dining space was a good size and WiFi not connecting to Netflix issue was resolved quickly after messaging the staff. The neighbours were lovely.

The proximity to the Cicle Line and the Tower. We found a clean and modern apartment. We could drop off our luggage before check-in, the lovely cleaner let us in and took care of our luggage, and we could just get on with sightseeing. We had originally booked another apartment, but because of a double booking, Harry upgraded us to this nice and modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. We were happy to find cotton linen and towels as well as tea and coffee, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and kitchen towels on arrival. Thank you.
