Rénové en 2016, le magnifique établissement de style chalet Active Life Madarao bénéficie d'un accès skis aux pieds depuis la station de ski de Madarao Kogen, à 3 minutes à pied. It was large enough to be comfortable in and not feel crowded but small enough to be cozy. It felt like staying in a friend’s place rather than a hotel and we liked that. The location was ideal, a short walk to lift and among all the eating and drinking places. I had snowboard courses and that was great too.

Doté de grands bains de source chaude, l'Hotel Silk Inn Madarao se trouve à environ 100 mètres de la piste de ski Madarao Kogen. I had a fabulous time staying at the Silk Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Onsen was fantastic. The room was clean, with an en-suite, albeit a small bathroom but functional. The breakfast was great and the seafood cooked by the chef for dinner was delicious. The bar located in the basement was cozy and a great spot for a night cap.. I will certainly be back for the winter season as the hotel is only a short walk to the slopes.
