We like everything about this hotel. The room is very nice and clean. There are snacks and drinks too! The staff are superb! They went above and beyond. They helped us from the very start and until we left, even if they didn't have to. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and of great value. Room service is also great with free bottle water and snacks refill every day. I ended paid less to enjoy a better stay in this hotel than the one in Taipei. Highly recommended it to anyone who plans to visit Taichung!

This hotel is worth visiting just for the plants in the lobby alone. But the rooms are also comfortable and we'll designed. The staff is amazing, so nice and helpful. My friends and I arrived a little early and worked remotely from the lobby before check-in. It was so gorgeous, quiet, and spacious in the lobby and we felt like we were at the best remote work cafe we had ever found. From the furniture, to the lighting in the rooms, to the breakfast in the morning, all of the little details are really thought through in the whole experience of your stay. It feels like what the modern definition of a 5 Star experience should be. It's not about how giant and flashy the hotel is. It's about the care, design, and execution of the details that make the whole stay impressive and enjoyable.

The Place Taichung is ideally located in West District, one of the most visited areas in Taichung City. The room was, albeit small, new, clean and quiet and thoughtfully designed. It was walking distance from the civic square where the jazz festival happens and right in front of national art museum.

Set in West District, 15 minutes' drive from Taichung Railway Station, The Carlton Taichung offers classic guest rooms and a fitness centre. The breakfast was good with multiple choices, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything met my expectations. Will definitely choose to stay here again. Price was fair and the location was great. Highly recommended.

Airline Inn Green Park Way offers accommodation in Taichung, only a 2-minute walk from Kuangsan SOGO Dept. Store and Park Lane by Splendor. Great location, comfortable beds, spacious room. Good variety of food for breakfast. Attentive staff and free parking.

Kiwi Express Hotel-Taichung Station II is located in Taichung, only a 7-minute walk from Taichung Railway Station and a 4-minute walk from Miyahara. Free WiFi is accessible in all areas. Great 24hr lobby service. Stayed in a dormitory room that fits 12, so depends on your luck it may be a peaceful or noisy sleep. Bath towels, toothbrushes are not provided, so you may have to bring your own. Location is decent, a 10mins walk to Taichung mrt station and near to the bus terminals to ferry to Sun Moon Lake
