Good water pressure, hot water ready in the bathroom. A plus: a little sofa and area to work with a desk, also a super plus: microwave, coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. They also have a little "store" next to the reception that has some very handy things and food. Really close to the harbor (2 blocks). An good price for value. Most definitely recommended.
