Staff was exceptional: great and friendly team of professionals. I enjoyed breakfast a lot! Every day there were different local dishes, like Pho and Noodles, also European breakfast dishes. So everyone could find something nice. It's the center! So nightlife, excursions and everything is here within a walking distance.

However, the staff wasn't really warm, except for one person who helped me check in. He was really nice and communicative. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but I checked in on November 24th around 8-8:30 pm. A shoutout to him (he wore glasses). The location is perfect! Walking distance to city center so I don't need to book online transportation.

The hotel interiors were exactly what is advertised in the common areas. Room interiors are different depending what room you book for. the staff was friendly and great attending guests needs. Hmmm and the location is right next to Ben Thanh market, wonderful city views from my room 😄😄

Nicecy NganHa Hotel yang terletak di Distrik 1 yang nyaman, menawarkan akomodasi yang elegan dan nyaman dengan akses Wi-Fi gratis di area umum. We had two nights stay at this hotel and we were happy to choose this hotel because of its location. The room was amazing too with all amenities. The staff was very polite and helping. They guided us on some locations while we were booking grab car. The guard was very humble and whenever we booked grab car , he used to ask about car no. and told us to wait in hotel lobby. Also, we booked cu chi tunnels and ho chi minh city tour with the hotel. It was amazing. We had such an incredible people in our group. The breakfast was simple, yet delicious The hotel is opposite to Banh Tanh Market. The halal food street is also near by. There are so many coffee houses near hotel. I highly recommend it for its location.
