Property was easy to find from the ferry in good location. Very interesting and historic property with period features. Comfortable room good space, though I think roll top baths are quite dangerous, one could easily slip and fall.

Location was perfect! The Staff, Daniel, Tara exceptional! Everyone else was also very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They are pet friendly including our kitty. Many places are labeled "pet friendly" but they usually are dog friendly, but not cat friendly. LOVED this place! Also, parking is secure. We were concerned because we had our e-bikes and cargo carrier. Daniel took great care of us and parked us in a safe location

First time staying at The Crowne Plaza Saint John, and I loved it! Modern, nice views from my room. I loved the pool, and gym. I also ate at the attached restaurant, and the food was so delicious, my recommendation is the turkey dinner. Don't hesitate to book at the Crowne Plaza Saint John! My stay was wonderful.

Kids had fun with the waterslide. Pool was smaller than a photo. Room was clean.
