The apartment is well equiped and very clean. Everything is new and provides a very welcoming feeling. Just a 3-4 min walk from the old town. On top of that, Marta is absolutely charming and did everything to satisfy (even without her speaking english and us not speaking spanished, we managed with gestures and mimics...). We strongly recommend this place!

Just perfect. Large, best set up in a kitchen anywhere. Next door were groceries, fish market and fruit stores Quiet. And a lovely park at the corner.

Possibly the best apartment we have ever rented. It is huge, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably and stylishly furnished and filled with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay, including provisions to start you off. We had an extremely warm welcome. Positive points: lift, huge TV screen with streaming services, superb roof terrace with a great view of misty mountains, ideal for taking your meals. If we ever return to the beautiful city of Avila we will definitely stay here again.

Wow. This is one of those rare properties, warm, welcoming, beautiful and authentically stylish where everything was well designed, beautifully laid out - plenty of dishes, mugs and pans in the kitchen, for example and good quality bath towels- plus a space full of charm with two beautiful balconies. And the world's best beds.

Host was very helpful throughout our stay with kind attentions waiting for us to make our stay most comfortable (muffins, coffee capsules). The apartment layout is very nice with bedrooms on one end and the living area at the opposite. The kids loved the arcade which was available to use and has sooooo many games!
