This is a little gem of a hotel. Exceptional cleanliness. Minimal in extras, but great value for one night stay before leaving on a cruise. Would definitely recommend .

Really nice hotel with friendly staff, secure parking and a great location. Fully deserves its four stars in my opinion. Seriously the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, well worth the cost especially if you are hungry!

"We had an incredible stay at Iñigo's villa in Bilbao! Iñigo truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The villa itself was amazing, with a beautiful pool, BBQ area, and modern interior. The transport links were convenient, with reasonable Uber prices and trains to Bilbao. We also enjoyed a great day trip to San Sebastián, thanks to the excellent bus links nearby. The spacious rooms were spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Iñigo was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, and he was always on hand to help us 24/7. Additionally, the nearby supermarket in Gexto was fantastic - super reasonable prices and staffed with friendly people. This very spacious apartment, in a historic building was superb with 2 beautiful balconies looking out over the river by the fountain. The furnishings and fittings very high quality. The apartment was also well equipped and had an excellent kitchen, bathroom and shower. Superb location near Vizcaya/Bizkaia Bridge, only 100mtrs from train station for the 20 min trip into centre of Bilbao. There are some lovely walks on both sides of the river as well as many tapas bars shops and other amenities. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

This hotel is close to the Puente Colgante, a historic transporter bridge built by one of Eiffel's disciples in 1893. That was a bonus we weren't expecting. The hotel has a historic feel, its main entrance facing the pedestrian walk along the river rather than the street. Our room was very nice, with a balcony from which we could see both the river side with the bridge and the street side, with sidewalk escalators coming up the steep hill!
