Lovely old house in the old part of the city with its own hidden courtyard. Julie is very helpful and attentive and we had a super home made breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, homemade yoghurts, a selection of fresh bread, cheeses and cold meats. The jams were homemade and delicious. The coffee was plentiful and delicious. The perfect start for a busy day of exploring Parthenay. Our hosts were delightful, kind and very knowledgeable about the area.

Breakfast was a good standard French style continental. The location was quiet but close to the main road. It is a 20minute walk to the nearest restaurant.

Friendly hosts, good communication, great apartment. We enjoyed cooking there. Nicely furnished and very attractive. Parking inside their locked gate.

Mark and Anita are great hosts ! Thank you for the welcome pack of wine, cheese, milk and orange juice! It was very helpful😁 The garden is beautifully peaceful to sit out in. Easy dog walks down the lanes too. We had a lovely restful stay.

We liked the hosts very much. They were very friendly and accommodating and live downstairs. Furthermore the house - very clean - had some “blasts from the pasts” like the very cheesy toilet or the kitchen. It put a smile on our faces. Would definitely go back if ever we are anywhere nearby.

I struggled to find the property so rang the owner and she came and escorted us to the property, brilliant. The keys were already at the property. I think she needs to put the price up far to cheap.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, very recently renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet, rural area. There is a beautiful garden with shaded spots where you are welcome to sit and relax. The hosts are very kind and friendly and they serve a fantastic breakfast with crêpes! All the facilities are excellent and the WiFi in the cottage works very well.
