The location amongst the vineyards, the private gardens with lots of comfortable seating areas for drinking wine, our room was large and very comfortable with a great bathroom/shower/towels, the salon with books and welcoming furniture, the breakfast room so tastefully decorated, the wonderful breakfast, our lovely and gracious host Rachel who made us feel so welcome, and our tour of the winery and quarry with Veronique.

Excellent facilities and as good as the description and photos! Quiet despite being next to a main road, because of double glazed windows. Bedroom airconditioning a real bonus during the hot weather (38deg C ) we were there. Garden lovely to sit in, albeit restricted during our visit due to the outside temperatures. Great walk in showers which actually work properly and don't splash everywhere! Street parking available behind the house but a very tight space (max 2 cars).

This was truly the most beautiful property I have stayed in. I have stayed in B&Bs in Seville, San Sebastian, and many other places in the US and Gîte Le Vintage was the most elegant, comfortable and warm setting of all. The location cannot be beat. It is just 2 blocks off the Saint Émilion Square, close enough to walk easily to all Michelin restaurants and shops. On those occasions where you want some peace, the enclosed court yard was glorious; it was so peaceful and comfortable. The home was very modern, everything highend and worked to perfection. We used the espresso machine (it grinds your beans, yum), refrigerator, washer, TV, Wi-Fi and all other kitchen and bathroom accompaniments. The shower was very high, so my daughter who is 6’2” had no issues, nor would someone even much taller. The decor was impeccable, and the furniture very comfortable and in great condition. The door had a great lock system and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend considering this spot. Perfect for us. Lastly, Fanny is the care taker and she is a breath of fresh air. So kind, nice and professional. She takes great price in the home and assures everything is pristine.
