lovely place to stay in the country. good food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good value. especially loved the lambs being born every day across the road. very close to the beach, and the beach towns, but quiet and away from the crowds.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Our room had an amazing sea view. The room was very cozy and surprisingly quiet given that we were right above the hotel bar. The breakfast was delicious with excellent vegetarian and vegan options.

Met by owner to collect keys - very friendly and helpful. Very well located with secure parking at the rear - good selection of food shops and a couple of decent pubs within 2 mins. House is very clean, warm and well equipped with small courtyard garden to rear ideal for wayward smokers ! Honestly couldn’t fault a thing throughout our stay and owners were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with

The host is super friendly and welcoming, makes you feel like at home. she also offers a small breakfast with cereals, tea and coffee facilities, milk and water in the fridge. I would add some fresh fruit to this (such as bananas or apples - low maintenance fruits), some muesly/weetabix and some honey to have a bit more variety. the room is really quiet and peaceful, bathroom is spacious and welcoming
