Such a beautiful and colorful place with very nice and pleasant owners. Best location in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything is beautiful in the guest house, the rooms and bathroom are very nice and very clean. There is a wonderful terrasse on the top of the place.The owners ( Jeanette and Clifton, mother are son) are super nice and interesting! Helping a lot with informaton and arrangements in the area and what to see, how to get there etc... Simple but nice and tasty breakfast. The team, all of them, are very nice. We adored the place :).

The property is located in a very peaceful area but still within 25 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Deric was a great host, very welcoming and helpful and the best in 6 years travelling in India. He sent us recommendations on what to do and made sure we had everything we needed. A very good breakfast was served across the road in Soul Curry and Deric was there each morning to make sure we were well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The sleeping area was on a mezzanine level with the bathroom and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. There was a lovely shaded balcony accessible from the mezzanine.

Our stay in this villa was good. The necessary facilities were available and also if we asked for something, the owner always provided it on time.

The house is well maintained, tastefully furnished. The attention to detail on every aspect of our stay made this an exceptional place. Location is great, the caretakers are amazing and make sure we have a clean, safe and welcoming place to stay.

Great Location. Walking distance from Panaji Central. Wonderful hosts. Spotless apartment with all amenities like Towels, soap etc. Also all meals are available at nominal cost if booked in advance. Would love to visit again soon. Thanks for your support.

Very cozy apartments to enjoy fully your holidays and to make your experience in Goa out of normal. Bruce provides you with whatever you might need: scooters, cars and other stuff. Apartments are SUPER CLEAN (something difficult to find sometimes around 😄)

Very homely property. The rooms have all the amenities and are exceptionally clean. The breakfast offered also tastes very yummy and the property gives you a homely feel. Very helpful owners :)
