Ralph is an exceptional host 👏 really welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area, and kind. The place is lovely - a little garden cottage perfect for us and our little dog. Also Lesa is small so easy to navigate, it's 10 minutes by car to Stresa and then boars to the islands. Recommend!!

The location was incredible, perfect for quickly getting to tourist destinations and cities. Quiet building with not many units was perfect for our small quiet introverted family. The unit was clean and newly renovated, everything worked very good! Private gated parking was also a plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alice. The house is beautiful and has an even more beautiful garden with pool. The owner was super friendly and always there for us. She made us an incredibly delicious tiramisu. We would come back anytime.

As we were self-catering we made our own cereal breakfast. Although the building was not particularly attractive, the apartment was brilliant in every way ie size, comfort, all amenities. What we have to mention is the friendliness of the host, Anna. The outstanding example was, having failed to open the train doors at Lesa station, we alighted at the next station a few miles away. There was no train going back to Lesa for another 2 hours, we informed Anna that we would be later than expected. She drove to pick us up and took us directly to the apartment.

The view from the terrace and the nature around cover some minor inconveniences. The apartments had everything necessary for life. The store is not close, but you can quickly go by car.

The location is wonderful! A few minutes walk to the lake shore, there you will find a lot of restaurants, Cafés and one amazing Gelateria, all with very reasonable prices. On Thursday mornings they have a small but very nice market. There is a big supermarket within few minutes drive. I personally loved the fact that the apartment has a washing machine and AC. If you're coming with a car, then you won't have a problem finding a free parking spot. Elisa is an amazing person! Very friendly, informative and helpful. She gave us many useful tips and on our last day she even helped us carry the luggage back to the car. we loved staying at L'Antick Borgo! It's one of the few places that we would love going back to!
