Veldig fin leilighet som har akkurat det du trenger på ferie. Beliggenheten er rett ved stranden og hadde halvveis havutsikt. Veldig behagelig at vinduene har automatiske rullegardiner slik at du sover godt om natten med AC. Strandområde hadde store deler med private områder som tilhøre de andre hotellene. Det koster 15€ med to solsenger og parasoll om dagen og kan da ligge på noen av områdene. Stranden var veldig fin, ikke for tettpakket med solsenger og godt vedlikeholdt. Både toaletter og dusjer tilhørende hvert område. Anbefaler båtturen som går fra stranden hvor du kan dykke i grotte. Den beste restauranten er definitivt den på stranden som har spiseområde helt ned mot vannet. Ganske dyrt, men verdt pengene. God service både på restauranter og fra Marko (eier av leilighet). Marko var til stor hjelp fra dag én. Han tilbydde oss lån av vaskemaskin da vi ikke fikk koffertene ved ankomst, han hjalp oss med oversettelse, spurte om vi trivdes og om vi trengte hjelp med noe, hjalp oss med booking av taxi og tok hele 30 min etter avreise at han hadde oppdaget at vi hadde glemt igjen noe, som han tilbydde å sende med dhl.

The landlady was really nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The location of apartments is amazing, super close to the coast and just 30ish minutes walking from Budva. There's also a bus line that goes directly in front of the place and gets close to the main bus station. We were there for 3 nights and we would love to come back again! Book this place, you definitely won't regret it! The place is exactly as it looks like on photos, there's no doubt about that and it's a bit bigger than what we expected. Supermarket is just 2-3mins away by walking, same as one local shop that's open 24h. Beach as well was really close. There are two good restaurants that the owner reccommended and they are basically right under the aparments.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the apartment for 1 month. The place is perfect for a long-term stay. It's a beautiful and peaceful garden setting, close (5 min walk) to the beach and bars and restaurants but without the noise. We both had family come to visit during our time here, and the apartment has a sofabed that was comfortable for guests. We were also able to book a second room for a little more space and privacy. What really sets Stone Villa apart is the hospitality of the hosts. Enis and Okan were so welcoming and have really made us feel like we are at home. They were quick to provide anything we asked, and they both have great energy and positive attitude. I'd recommend staying here for a vacation, and especially for a working holiday if you need a change of scenery. We are able to cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen and eat on the terrace. The quiet location and fresh air are good for focus. We liked it so much we extended our stay!
