Excellent, responsive & very responsible hosts to a really lovely loft. - my family had different plans so I requested 2 sets of keys- they provided very kindly - upon booking they added me to a grp chat with check-in guidelines and even a guide for food, places of interest ard the area - they provided towels, disposable slippers, toiletries upon request which was hotel standard 👍👍 - the seaview is amazing, love the high class reno style - very quiet at night - got mosquito when we opened the balcony for a while, which wasn’t a problem cos they even provided a electric mosquito repellent - this loft’s upper floor ceiling fan tripped the house’s electricity upon turning on, at first we didn’t even realise what caused the power outage while testing if everything worked- when I texted the hosts what to do, they immediately sent 2 staff down within 10mins to check everything and concluded that the fan was the issue, and asked if we wanted another fan- not a problem for us at all cos aircon, water heater everything worked great. This really showed their commitment - I’ve stayed in hotels that don’t even have their standard so this is amazing for me 👍👍 - water heater very hot and great water pressure - lvl 37 has a well equipped gym with great views - clean place with good building management- got security when we were there and front desk provided with lobby wifi when we needed

I had the most wonderful vacation at Paradigm Residence Johor Bahru! Situated just 13 miles from Singapore Zoo and Night Safari, its central location made touring the region easy. The lodging itself was a comfortable oasis, with air conditioning guaranteeing a relaxing stay. Convenience and comfort were increased by the spacious kitchen and dining room, which included everything required for a home-cooked supper. I liked the thoughtful extras like the hair dryer in the private bathroom and the flat-screen TV. The Paradigm Residence Johor Bahru's excellent location and comfortable amenities made my stay truly exceptional.

Environment is nice and it has swimming pool at level 5. Suitable for family. Near to Toppen shopping mall and very convenient when you passing apartment guard house. Staff is very responsive.

Spacious rooms for 10 people, amenities are great & easy excess to food as there are lots of 24hrs marts and restaurants nearby. Easy communication with owner, easy check-in & check-out process! Will definitely book again in near future.
