Since I arrived very late at night, I couldn't catch breakfast in the morning and when I called the reception, they kindly understood and sent a special free breakfast to my room. omelette, coffee, fruit and everything. Also, they gave me a great suite with a free upgrade. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite people, sincere and genuinely polite people who love their jobs.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was well-designed and functional, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and welcoming, and we appreciated their responsiveness to our needs. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again in the future. Easy to find, close to supermarket, local restaurants, bakeries, police station, local park. The host is really nice. Bed is comfortable. Trains pass by time to time which we don’t find it as a problem since we could sleep well but it may be a problem for whoever is very sensitive to sounds.

Situated in Bacău, Pensiunea Charlotte Boutique features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This 5-star guest house offers a concierge service.

This is an exquisite hotel. It's like a five star hotel but on a smaller scale and with much more attention given to the customer. Place is spotless clean, not just the room but all the place. Furniture in room is the cottage style type and very sweet. Room was decorated with small things that would accomplish a dainty room. Host were exceptionally attentive to our needs and so polite. Breakfast was fresh with bread, cold cuts and cheese, and freshly squeezed oranges. Car was safe parked in the premises and gates are shut all the time.
