The owner was very nice and very responsive, I asked for additional towels and bed covers and he provided them right away.

Located in Slănic-Moldova, COMPLEX PANORAMIC features a tennis court and a terrace. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as an indoor pool and a spa centre. The staff is amazing! Everybody is kind and fun. Estera, the receptionist, is an amazing person who nade me feel comfortable and I had some good quality conversations with her. The bartender makes such a good Earl Gray with milk and a pinch of vanilla. I came with a little girl and the hotel is 100% procent babyfriendly. The playground is safe and new. The pool is too deep for non swimmers kids, but the staff, Mihaela, entertained my child while I dived a little bit. The food is good and diverse. The bed is king size and I totally loved it.

The kitchen had such amazing equipment we really enjoyed cooking. They also have massive garden with bbq and outdoor dining facilities. Walking distance to city centre. Cot available for babies. We really really loved it.
