Stylish hotel. Exceptionally clean. The room was large and well equipped. Really comfortable bed. For me what really makes a hotel stand out is the staff and they were fantastic. A special mention for Khuyen who did not only go the extra mile, she went the extra 12km to get my train ticket for my onward journey. A real gem of a place

The hosts are very nice and tend to our needs. They let us put our luggages in a temporary room before check in time and moved it to our room later for us. The room was very clean and it has everything you need. The coffee shop on the 1st floor was very delicious too. The location is great, near everything you need. I would definitely stay here again next time!

One of the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at in Asia. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality villas (large and plenty of space), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels where if you book inclusive it is a decent quality. The spa experience was comparable to some of the best in the world in my opinion. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much, this is how to run a hotel!
