The home stay is in a beautiful location and the gardens around the rooms are lovely. The people are really friendly and helpful and even though they didn’t speak English they have a niece who was fantastic at helping us through WhatsApp to communicate with her uncle and aunt. The chalets are very well thought out and have everything that you could want and are very comfortable and clean. The little home run restaurant is lovely and the food is all home grown and home cooked and is delicious. They even have some friendly dogs, one of whom came for a walk with us!

The service staff are sincere and likable local people. Fresh air, beautiful scenery, the resort is located away from the central area so it is very peaceful, not disturbed by noisy traffic and tourists.

The room has a clear view through the town. They have a small pool at 3rd floor. Rooms are clean enough, staff is ok.

The hotel was very convenient and closed to the Tam Dao Square. Staff is very friendly, room is clean and spacious. Nice views of the mountain from the front rooms.

The hotel was close to Tam Dao Square, and restaurants and it so convenient for us to go sightseeing nearby. We came to Tam Dao around 7 and we asked them if we could give the luggage to the hotel to go around. We came back at 2 p.m. to check in, the room was nice and comfortable. We had a great experience there.

I booked this room for my friend, and they said the hotel was great. The staff was nice to them, they offered so much help such as renting motorbikes, giving them the map to sightseeing points. The room was clean.

I stayed at the Lotus for a business trip. I was in a standard room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
