The property and facilities were amazing. The staff in particular were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and facilities and couldn’t do more for you. The food was absolutely fabulous as well. Definitely one of the best breaks I’ve had in years.

Absolutely every detail of our stay at Burnside Cottage exceed our expectations. The cottage was spectacular, the grounds were gorgeous, and the staff communicated with us exceptionally well at all phases of our trip.

Very close to the city centre...only a few blocks from the beach. Best part were the hosts. Sean and his mum were wonderful...friendly, helpful, always had suggestions on where to go, where to eat and were very responsive to any enquiry I made.

The owner was very helpful, prompt and had stocked the kitchen with a wide range of foods and drinks. The property had everything I needed and more.

Spacious, clean, warm and an amazing view over the River Ayr and out to sea. Balcony is a real treat and the location is brilliant. Super welcome pack, fruit, biscuits, nibblies, and wine. All essentials there, tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc and well 'stocked' bathroom, soft towels and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Big comfy bed and loads of storage space. We arrived at apartment early, totally soaked from a downpour and Tina (hope I have her name right) was very helpful, storing our luggage till check-in time. Great apartment and great hosts. Totally recommend.
