Great location, amazing view, peaceful and quiet, very nice hosts and a very welcoming nice dog, a beautiful apartment that made you feel home from the first moment. Very clean, perfectly equipped, even enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. We had a holiday 12/10 at Aria di Collina.

Absolutely amazing location... penthouse condo on main street downtown overlooking harbour. Ideal location for one or two couples (scuba divers??? ... 2 first class bedrooms w private, ensuite bathrooms)... walking distance to all dive boats, restaurants, etc. Photo attached is taken from the 8th floor penthouse patio overlooking Portoferraio harbour. Mother & son hosts are VERY friendly and provide a wonderful breakfast... highly recommended!!

Everything was just perfect: amazing hosts, very helpful, beautiful room, everything super clean and new. I could not recommend it enough. We will definitely return there again.

Lovely. Beautiful, well maintained property, everything was to the point.breakfast was a beauty . Our ferry was in the afternoon, and they allowed us kindly to use the pool ( and what a pool!!) even after check out. And absolute treat. Thank you again for a great experience.

She also reached out to us on Whatsapp and stood in contact during our stay, she sent us recommendations where to go, what to see.

Very comfortable room and very modern ( we were surprised as normaly its hard to find modern apartments in Italy), nice place, nice owners, everything clean and good looked after around property, really enjoyed everything

Objekat Capo Perla Apartments se nalazi u gradu Kapoliveri, u regiji Elba, na 5 min. Capo Perla Apartmens are absolutely amazing, very spacious, cosy, and the view form there is a dream. The kitchen had everything you can wish for including a coffee mashine, there was a washing mashine for use as well. Also our dogs were welcomed and the parking possibilty was spacious even for a huge car. The check in and check out was easy and flexible, communication great. We felt very welcomed :)
