Located in Nagoya, 1 km from Nagoya Station, Nikko Style Nagoya provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The breakfast was lovely, we didn't have the Japanese breakfast as we came down late but the western style breakfast which was delicious. There was also lots of choice from the continental section (the tiny pastries where delightful). The room was spectacular and well worth the money. They'd thought of almost everything we could need and it was extremely spacious. The staff where very friendly and spoke good English, which given our very limited Japanese we where very grateful for. We only stayed for one night but the morning we woke up it was rainy and for those staying they had umbrellas that could be rented. This might be quite common but it was the first time we saw it advertised. It is a little bit of a walk from the station, so bare that in mind, but it isn't too long. There's also lots of small restaurants in the vicinity which is very handy.

Room was spacious, well furnished, particularly like the design of the bathroom- separate floor area for bathtub and shower head, separate room for toilet, separate area for sink.

Oyado Koto No Yume ligger bare 2 minutters gange fra Takayama stasjon og har rom i japansk stil med fargerike innslag, termalbad, en restaurant og gratis Wi-Fi overalt. Very friendly and helpful staff. The futon was comfortable, the private onsen was great, and the Japanese breakfast was delicious. Great location next to the train station.

Ryokan Hostel K 's House ligger i en 100 år gammel vernet bygning i Shizuoka, en 7-minutters spasertur fra JR Ito togstasjon. Vandrerhjemmet tilbyr bad i varme kilder, gratis Wi-Fi og 3 stuer. The location was very central. You can get to a Lawson or 7eleven in about 5 minutes. There are many little Izakayas around and also some restaurants. The staff was very nice and their english was very good (for western travellers). As it was my 1st time in an Onsen i dont know if others can be better but it was very comfortable. Also was i allowed in there with tattoos on both arms. The guest room was a little bit small but we didnt mind at all. We could fit in there with our whole luggage so it was fine. They also had a nice guest area where you could talk and exchange stories with others. All in all it was very pleasant stay and i can recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Japan. Thank you.

AJITO Hostel & CafeBar, a property with a bar, is located in Shingu, 700 metres from Kumano Hayatama Taisha, less than 1 km from Kamikura Shrine, as well as 14 km from Fudarakusanji Temple. Very clean and modern, excellent quality amenities were provided. Everything was done with a lot of thought and care. I felt so relaxed to arrive after a long travel day to a place so comfortable. Loved the pajamas too. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating - we went to his restaurant for dinner and the food was amazing and everyone was sooo welcoming

In a prime location in the Aoi Ward district of Shizuoka, HOTEL OLE INN is located 19 km from Rengejiike Park Fuji Festival, less than 1 km from Shizuoka Station and 12 km from Shimizu Station. Quiet location at the end of the row of shops but within walking distance to the train station and shopping area. Complimentary parking for hotel guests with ample parking across the the street with an outdoor and elevator parking system. Amazing breakfast spread with many choices to choose from and children’s cutlery provided. There is also a limited amount of curry rice at the lounge in the evenings. Indoor and outdoor Natural Onsen on the top floor with a coin laundry room and vending machines. The tv in the room has information on the congestion situation at the onsen. There is also a pillow room on certain floors with different types of pillows you can choose from. Rooms are spacious and guests are given a nice toiletry pouch that you can bring back. Two sets of lounge wear and 2 sets of towels are provided. One of the better types of hair dryer provided by a hotel. Overall the attention to detail and facilities provided makes it a great place to stay. Will definitely choose to stay here again if we’re in Shizuoka again.

Situated 1.5 km from Takayama Station, Iroriyado Hidaya is a recently renovated 4-star accommodation in Takayama, boasting a garden, a shared lounge and private parking. The ryokan is awesome! An excellent experience beyond our expectations. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and always ready to help if needed. Try the Japanese breakfast! It is a unique experience.

Situated in Kumano, within 200 metres of Odomari Beach and 4.8 km of Ubuta Shrine, Oninosanpomichi features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who... This is a small family run guest house. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were offered orange juice and homemade cheesecake. The family is very friendly and helpful - you can feel that they want you to enjoy the stay. Our room was very clean and spacious and had a balcony to view the spectacular bay in front of the hotel. It is maybe 400 yards from the trailhead for Onigajo - part of the UNESCO site. It has many spots along a 1km pathway that hugs the cliff, to take photos, or just appreciate the view If you need to wash clothes, there is a laundromat in the hotel opposite - just to the right of the vending machine.
