On the banks of the river, this motel is in Sangis just 100 metres from the E4 motorway and 20 km from Kalix. Very very clean and comfortable. Not sure when it was first open, but all the rooms, furniture and equipment looks very fresh. Specious room with small kitchen and bathroom. Cute breakfest with some homemade products. The motel is right at the E4 so convinient when travelling South to North. Amazing value for the money.

This place is perfect if you want a quiet location with Alttajärvi lake on one side and the woods and hill on the other side. We enjoyed the winter walks along the trails and walking on the lake! The location is perfect to spot northern lights and being close to IRF you can use the Aurora Alert on IRF Aurora App. Even when cloudy in Kiruna, Alttajärvi had clear sky with amazing star display of the milky way. Not much light pollution here!! Kiruna is only 15 mins away by car. The house has what you need for a few days. Washing machine has a 15min program and things dry easily over night on radiators or the clothes airer. Sheets and towels are provided. The fireplace is an extra plus! You can buy wood at petrol stations! Husky tours you will found everywhere! The mine is worth a visit! Northern light chase is for people without a car, you just need to step outside when nature decide to put on a display. Abisko has clearer nightsky so the probability to see it increases if you take yourself there.

Host was friendly, showed us trust, and was available during the stay. Used the house as our home. The house was furnished as a full-fledged home, you only need to bring your suitcase and buy food at the lokal store. Beds and linens were clean. Quiet neighborhood.

Newly built apartment next door to the sheep อยู่ใน Norrfjärden ห่างจากสนามกีฬา Coop Arena 47 กม. และห่างจาก Piteå Bus Station 12 กม. My mother and I visited in the summer as we were driving north to Boden. The apartment is just as shown and described and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host met us at the apartment and showed us around. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the 2 comfortable bedrooms. My mother loves sheep, so they were a definite highlight and we hope to come back again during lambing season. The area is also very peaceful. It is rural, but a short drive to a grocery store and several restaurants.

Beautiful cabin for a secluded escape. The layout/space is really calm and comfortable. We loved cooking both in the house and the grill hut and having cosy evenings in the amazing sofa with the fire on before venturing out to see the Northern Lights - which we were lucky enough to see twice even in September here. The hosts provided a great and thorough guidebook.
