The location is fabulous - just a 5-10 min walk (slight upward slope) to the Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, and the T1 tram! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful - Arfa, Resul, Atilla, Ozcan, Mujkaan - to just name a few, were always attentive and full of suggestions and ideas to help. From explaining how the Istanbul Kaart works, to giving us marked-up maps to help understand the tram/metro lines, and arranging a little extra something for us at breakfast... we felt well looked after. Room service was super prompt, whether we were requesting extra bottles of water, milk for our coffee, or even an ice-pack or hot water bottle! It arrived quickly and with a smile. The room and bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. The view from our rooms was fabulous - the Sea of Marmara waits for you :)

Location of the property & the Staff is very good. Specially two people Emrah & Jamil. Very curtious and helpful. Both went out of the way to make our stay memorable. Cheers to the management 👍🏻

Address Istanbul, located at Emaar Square on the Asian side of Istanbul, seamlessly blends luxury with urban living. I love staying in this new hotel because it's a real 5 star. The hotel is not in the city center, so for convenience I always rent a car as it is cheaper and more comfortable than a taxi in Istanbul. Very big choice of fruits and vegetables, but not big choice of berries. In any case the quality of foods and choice is a very high. The water in the swimming pool was a little cold, but everywhere is clean. The bed linen is of very high quality. So, the staying at this hotel is really very comfortable.

It was lovely and comfortable, staff were fantastic, it was so clean and location was perfect, it also smelled amazing. Hotel extremely close to RAMS park stadium and metro lines.

Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul is located between Dolmabahce Palace and Naval Museum on the European coast of the Bosphorus. Excellent and very friendly, hospitable teams are woring in the restaurant and at consierge service. Receiption and wellness center staff were also perfect and top professionals. The staying was wounderful.
