This truly is a hidden gem. It is a beautifully restored building that is nicely decorated and architecturally pleasing. The family suite was spacious, had comfortable beds with ac/heat, and amenities. The staff member greeted us warmly and was very friendly.

We arrived a bit before the check-in time of 3pm and waited in the hotel bar with a beer. If I remember correctly the barman was called Connor (shoulder length hair and glasses). What a lovely chap, he was so friendly and helpful. I was in fact sorry to not be able to say goodbye to him :-( Then Daniel checked us in and again extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for making our one night in Liverpool even the more memorable. The hotel was perfect, very close to the centre and the room very clean and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again. Well done to all involved!

The hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful. On the day we arrived, the manager was extra helpful and sorted out an issue for us without hesitation. Loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was a little further out from the city center, but a short hop in a taxi.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my sisters hen. The kitchen/sitting area was very open and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff working were soo good to us and helpful. I can honestly say there was nothing about the accommodation that we didn’t like.

Full english breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly, welcoming and really helpful. Location is absolutely perfect, if you go to see football on Anfield. Quiet street. Room and bathroom was extremely clean. I would come back everytime!
