The breakfast was superb and all the choices were unbelievable. The Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and extremely friendly. The room was excellent. Location confused me at first as being next to a hospital but was well located for the shopping malls - Vivian and Korum.

All the staff in Reception, room service, housekeeping and bellboys were excellent. Special mention for Aishwarya Jaiswar, Amol (Reception who helped us check in), Rama Mausi in housekeeping. If staff provides good service then other minor things are always let go by guests. Keep up the good work.

The workers did everything for a good stay: they were polite, did a good job, temember food habits, brought me an adapter as mine wasn‘t working and helped me to a taxi! They never jugded and they always helped!

Cooperative Staff. Spacious Room and Bathroom. The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed.

Location is okay as per choice. If anyone wants to spend a day or two here in the natural environment in Aarey Colony, Mumbai, this is good. But the roads are very bad. Conveyance is a problem.
