I complained to the staff, and the staff told me that if I sent a photo via email, they would forward it to the hotel manager and take action. So, trusting NH Hotel's service and staff, I checked out and departed for my next destination. A few years ago, at the NH Hotel in Genoa, Italy, there was a mistake in assigning the wrong room, but it was handled quickly and kindly, so I was satisfied with the kindness and service of the NH Hotel staff. Amazing property with all facilities to enjoy a good stay in Bologna! Is outside the city center, 15 minutes by taxi and 25 by bus. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is so good with a lot of local pastries!

The staff was very accommodating for me as a wheelchair user. They put out a ramp at the entrance and left it there for our entire stay. They set up a place for me to have breakfast without having to go up stairs to the mezzanine level. I had only asked for a ground floor room and they gave me an accessible room. I'd stay there again if I could.
