Our time in the Isla Mujeres apartment was a visual treat with its very clean and modern designed rooms. The breakfast was exceptional, adding a delightful start to our days. The host was very pleasant, making us feel welcome. However, be mindful of thin walls that may let in some noise, and we had a few uninvited guests in the form of ants during our stay.

Amazing stay at Na Balam! Staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms were giant and super comfortable, pool and Jacuzzi were perfect, the included breakfast at Oceanvs was amazing. We loved everything about this stay and could not recommend it more. We previously lived for 1 year on the island, so we know it very well. This is by far the best option you can find in the Playa Norte area, taking all things into account. The reception staff and the beach bar staff were all incredibly welcoming, service oriented and friendly. I can't thank them enough! Kudos to the hostess at the beach bar who was always on top of things and making sure all guests are taken care of.
