Almost fully equipped apartment with a beautiful large terrace and a parking space in front of the building. The host was polite, quickly answered our call and provided us with all the necessary information.

Located right in front of Lake Geneva in Maxilly-sur-Léman, Appartement Lumina offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi access and a panoramic lake-view balcony. We were very nicely welcomed by the owner of the apartement at an excellent location really at the border of Lac Leman. The apartement is very quiet and peacefully and you can enjoy the sounds of the lake and the birds when the windows are open. The apartement is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and living room and bedroom have a large window and balcony overviewing the lakeside. Marvelous views! As we like architecture, we were happy to stay in a classified Art-nouveau building from 1936 which is well maintained in original style. Original a Hotel but since many years transformed to mainly large apartments. At the ground floor, there is a nice garden and resting area and a nice large swimming pool at the border of the lake. Also a private smal private harbor if you bring your motorboat. We enjoyed touring in the mountains with the motorcycle. In the evenings, you can walk to Evian and enjoy the city.

Located in Thonon-Les-Bains, Villa Thermae Thonon-Les-Bains provides contemporary studios and suites with direct access to the thermal baths for an additional charge. Everything in the hotel is thought through to the minor detail. Beds were comfortable, whatever one may need was in the room. Most importantly, sound isolation is perfectly done, so there is no noise from the outside and inside of the hotel. Want to express special thanks to Pauline at the reception desk. She was helpful and friendly, and responded immediately to all our requests, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Villa Cecile is located in Yvoire, on the shores of Lake Geneva. It offers a hammam, hot tub and sauna, as well as a swimming pool and free WiFi. We were in the annexe- lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. 5* accommodation which surpassed all expectations.

Surrounded by private gardens, La Verniaz et ses Chalets is a 17th-century former farmhouse in the heights of Evian with a seasonal private heated pool and tennis court. It was a complex of buildings in a nice setting. We did not use the pool or breakfast, but did have a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Staff was great. The room had what we needed. The woman at check-in spoke English and was very helpful and pleasant. She was a great start to our trip!
