The cake in each was was over and above expectations. The breakfast was delicious. And the people were very very nice. If and when we come back to scotland, I would make this our base.

Rooms were quiet, and I loved the eco-friendly approach - even a recycling bin in the room, and the option of a little flask of milk for your tea, instead of little plastic pots. Lovely views of the hills around and of Ballater. I would definitely stay here again.
