New, modern, very nice apartment, excellent location, in 20 min you can reach the main Ski Amade resorts- Flachau, Wagrain, Zauchensee, Schladming. Hosts are very pleasant and helpful, last night was very strong snowfall, house is on the hill and it was impossible to get out, but hosts quickly cleaned up the road with some four-wheeler and we happily left home :)

Kind welcome. Nice and helpful lady owner. Spacious rooms. Cozy interior with nice decorations. Breakfast was excelent. Very good coffee. Location was also good with private parking. Good choice of slopes. Nice nature with the possibility of walks. Excellent restaurants nearby and pleasant people.

The Hotel is very nice and we spent excellent time there. Owners were very kind and helpful, same as other staff of the Hotel, especially Mr.Ivan who made our stay more pleasant. The food was more than excellent. The view from the balcony was enchanting. We really liked everything and will definitely come back.

Our skiing-holiday started with some misfortune, so the vacation had some trouble taking of. But this exceptional hotel saved the day! Great location, more than wonderful staff, lovely bar to have a beer after coming back from the slopes, to be followed by very very good meals in the in-house restaurant. Everybody staying in the hotel ends up dining there every evening. A special room to leave your ski’s and shoes to dry, next to the parking area. Everything works, nothing is broken. Felt really at home.
